On June 4th, 2010 was adopted the Law for amending art. 10 of the Law on Entrepreneurship and enterprise (Business and Enterprises) No. 845-XII of January 3rd, 1992. Companies and organizations, regardless the type of ownership and legal form, have the right to perform cash payments that shall not exceed 100’000 MDL per month. Previously, this limit was at 10’000 MDL per month and not more than 1’000 MDL per transaction. Those limitations were considered an impediment to the business development. The amendments will have a positive effect on domestic monetary market liberalization, raising the monetary circulation and will result in economic business benefits.
