The Regulation establishes the procedure for determining the size of fees for performing acts of bailiff , charges of the execution procedure and collecting method . We would like to pay attention to the fact that the bailiff is not entitled to claim payment for acts performed by him, higher than those established by this Regulation.
The fees for the acts of the bailiff and enforcement proceedings shall be determined in conventional units. A conventional unit is equal to 20 lei.
