The Statute of the Lawyer Profession was adopted by the Union of Lawyers of the Republic of Moldova, in order to implement the law advocacy No.1260-XV dated 19.07.2002.
The lawyer profession has the purpose of promoting and defending rights, freedoms and legal interests of individuals and legal entities.
