On July 15th, 2010 was adopted Law amending art. 112 of the Fiscal Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24th , 1997. Amendment provides that tax payers must register as a VAT contributor, if during the previous 12 consecutive months that company had sales exceeding 600000 lei.
