Government Decision no.1121 of 10.12.2010 has been adopted for enforcement of the Law no.96-XVI of 13.04.2007 on acquisition of public works and to ensure a single methodology of starting and operating of public works procedures. Attached to the Government Decision no.1121 of 10.12.2010, we can find the model of the letter of submission, contract for work, letter of credit and other relevant documents
We consider that this Àct will increase the level of transparency of the acquisition of public works.
