The Civil Law;
The most actual problems and questions arise in the field of the Civil Law. In process of the execution of our activity, our company is founded on principles of equality participant of the civil law and democracy. We consider unflinching such principles, as inviolability to property, liberties of the agreement, inadmissibility interference anyone in quotient of the deal, need of the free realization of the civil rights, ensuring the recovering the broken rights to personalities, their judicial protection. In events of the abuse of power and excess of authority by a public body or if a person (entity or NGO), considering himself restricted in some of his own legal rights by a public authority, by means of some administrative act or dissatisfaction of the petition in a provided by law period, our Bureau comes to protect personalities (entity's or NGO's) rights and interest.
The Criminal Law
The main credo of our Bureau , by protecting the rights and liberties of personalities, is the principle to legality, which states that nobody can be declared guilty in completion of a crime, as well as is subject to criminal punishment otherwise, exclusively on the grounds of a court verdict and in strict correspondence with Criminal law.
The Customs Law;
Full consultations granting on aspects concerning Customs deal, Duty rates, Customs procedures and Customs legislation as a whole. We use to represent our clients' interest in relations with Customs bodies.
The Tax Law;
Our Bureau provides legal opinion and practical advises in the field of the local Tax system. The Bureau represents the interests of its clients in Tax organs.
